IImportant Scheduling Guidelines

Plan for a 4-hour window. While most updates finish sooner, we reserve a full four hours to allow for thorough completion and verification.

No system use during updates. To protect your data integrity, your office computers must remain unused during the update window.

Schedule early. We recommend starting as early in the day as possible, ensuring that no new data is entered after the previous night’s backup.

After-hours and weekend availability. We can accommodate updates outside of normal business hours or on weekends. However, please note these appointments are not included in monthly support plans and will be billed separately.
