The Service provides appointment updates, service notifications, and promotional messages to users via SMS through short code messaging. The short code used for this Service is powered by Lead Connector, a telephony provider.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms, conditions, or agreements we may provide in relation to the Service.

3. User Consent

By subscribing to the Service, you provide express consent to receive SMS messages from Tri-State Technical Services on your mobile device. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

Appointment reminders

Service alerts and updates

Promotional offers

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s policy. Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with our Service.

4. Opting In

Users can opt into the Service by submitting their contact information on our website or through our intake forms. When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message, and message frequency will be based on your service interactions.

5. Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving messages from our Service at any time by replying STOP to any message received. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation SMS and will no longer receive messages unless you opt back in.

6. Message Frequency

The Service will send periodic messages to the mobile number you provide. Typically, you can expect to receive up to 5 messages per month, depending on your engagement with Tri-State Technical Services.

7. Cost and Charges

Tri-State Technical Services does not charge for this messaging Service; however, standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier's policy. Please contact your mobile provider for further information.

8. Content Ownership

All content provided via the Service—including but not limited to text, images, and links—is the property of

and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written consent.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for:


Sending unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, spam, or promotional content

Engaging in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent behavior

Impersonating any individual or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

Tri-State Technical Services reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service for any misuse or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We may share your information with Lead Connector solely for the purpose of delivering SMS services. Lead Connector’s privacy policy may apply during message delivery.
Note: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tri-State Technical Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We are not responsible for network delays, message delivery issues, or mobile carrier performance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NJ, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
