Vixwin Platinum Software
If you are still running VixWin, you need to plan your migration ASAP.

What does this mean?
Released in 2004, VixWin was the premier dental x-ray software. Having released only three major upgrades in 20 years, Dexis are now pulling it from the support rotation.
If you continue to run VixWin past the EOL date, you risk losing access to your x-rays. In many cases, even restoring from backup would require a support call, which will not be possible starting in 2027.
What if I want to worry about it later?
If you continue to run VixWin to capture and view images, you run a very high risk of opening the application one day and losing the ability to view existing images, and to capture new ones.
Even with our multiple backup systems, Microsoft can force updates that can possibly break VixWin and if that happens, VixWin are under no obligation to help you.
What are my options?
Dexis 10 - a high quality, fully functional option for your 2D imaging needs.
DTX Studio - a high quality, fully functional option for your 2D and 3D imaging needs.
Planning an upgrade & Conversion
TST Support can help with the implementation of installation of your replacement software, but we cannot sell it. You will need to contact your equipment rep (Henry Schein) to purchase the upgraded Dexis 10 or DTX Studio and the database migration.
YES - You will need to convert the database.
